Custom Office Cabinetry -
Cypress Designs will build a Custom Office Cabinetry Solution that features matching lower cabinet with White Oak Bench Seats, a White Oak Executive Desk and trim. Design will feature expansion to future Wall to Wall 10’ tall bookcases (see design renderings).
Office Wall is 152” wide x 120” tall.
1- Lower Left Trim – 5” x 16” x ¾” - Painted Iron Ore
2- Lower Left Bench Cabinet – 47” x 14 ½” x 24” – PaintedIron Ore
3- Lower Left Bench Seat – 47” x 25” x 1.5” – Solid 8/4 White Oak
4- Executive Desk – 48” x 25” x 30” – Solid 6/4 White Oak – Approx 70 bd/ft
5- Lower Right Trim – 4.5” x 16” x ¾” - Painted Iron Ore
6- Lower Right Bench Cabinet –47” x 14 ½” x 24” – Painted Iron Ore
7- Lower Right Bench Seat – 47” x 25” x 1.5” Solid 8/4 White Oak
-White Oak Bench Seat will have a 1” reveal on the front
-White Oak will be finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil+2C Mist 5% hard wax/oil finish to provide a
natural White Oak look and years of durability and match the mudroom bench seat
-Cabinet Carcasses will feature full back and top stretchers with blind dado and blind pocket hole
Construction
-Pricing Includes all design, materials, labor, consumables and delivery to the client’s home in
Grand Rapids, Michigan.
This proposal is for specified custom design/build Office Cabinetry, Bench Seats and Executive Desk.
A 90% Upfront payment due will include all materials, labor, specified door/drawer hardware, finish and delivery.
Client will be responsible for all installation and touch up paint.
Cypress Designs will build all furniture and cabinetry based on the client supplied measurements and drawings and client approved renderings (to be provided by Cypress Designs)
Cypress Designs reserves the right to modify specifics of the design during the build process within the limitations of maintaining the overall design aesthetics, style and the dimensions of the clients home.
All prices include delivery to the client’s home.
An initial payment of this proposal is due upfront to reserve a place in the Cypress Designs Build Cue. This payment stands as a contract between the client and Cypress Designs for agreed upon services and products.
Final 10% payment will include any additional change order fees and taxes and will be due upon delivery and quality inspection by the client.
