Custom Design/Build Office Built-In Cabinetry
8 Linear Feet of custom cabinetry based on the inspiration photos provided by the client
Lower Cabinets will be roughly 48” (wide) x 24” (deep) x 32” (tall)
A 13’ x 25” Solid White Oak Countertop will be built and installed to span both lower cabinets and a working space between.
Upper Cabinetry will be roughly 62” x 48” x 14” and consist of 3 open solid white oak shelves
Shelves will be permanently joined to the side panels and will be evenly spaced
(Shelf Pins for movable shelves can be requested by the client for an additional $83)
Cable routing under the countertop/work surface into the lower cabinets will be provided.
Lower cabinets will be constructed with rear stretchers instead of solid rear panels to allow access to electrical receptables on the wall.
Between the upper cabinets, Cypress Designs will install shiplap.
Client will provide electrical for a sconce light in desired location above the work surface.
Client will specify shiplap orientation (vertical or horizonal)
Cypress Designs will prime and paint all cabinetry to client specified Sherwin Williams color.
Cypress Designs will finish countertop/work surface and all open shelves with Rubio Monocoat Oil+2C finish
Doors will shaker overlay doors with euro soft close hinges
Client will provide door pulls to be installed by Cypress Designs no less than 24 hrs prior to installation.
Cabinetry will be finished with ½” trim painted to match.

Rough Dimensions will be 60” x 36” x 30”
Desk will be constructed with loose mortise and tenon joinery and hand cut finger joints with large rounder for a modern aesthetic
Finish will be Rubio Monocoat Oil+2C 5% Mist to match the cabinetry countertop and shelves
