Custom Design/Build Fireplace Built In Cabinetry
9.1 Linear Feet of custom cabinetry based on the inspiration photos provided by the client and the on-site consultation.
Lower Cabinets will be 53” (wide) x 20” (deep) x 30” (tall including countertop)
A 55”’ x 22” Solid Black Ash Countertop will be built for each lower cabinet
Lower Cabinet will be paint grade, finished with Sherwin Williams Pure White Gallery Series Enamel
Full run adjustable shelf pins will be integrated for an adjustable shelf in each lower cabinet
Cabinets will be built with a solid back. Client will cut access for power/media
Cypress Designs will finish countertop with Kona stain to match existing millwork
Doors will shaker style full overlay doors with euro soft close hinges
Client will provide door pull dimensions for pre-drilled mounting holes
Countertop will include an access hole and grommet for power access.
Solid 8/4 Black Ash Floating Shelves –
Cypress Designs will build 4 solid Black Ash floating shelves to match the countertop and millwork
Floating Shelves will include recessed and flush mounted Shepherd’s Brackets
