Built from Poplar and stained to match the millwork in the home
Client will supply the stain manufacture and color for matching
Door will be built with holders for billiard balls, cues, racks and adjustable shelves
Client will provide access to home for Cypress Designs to take specific measurements prior to the build.
Pricing includes all materials, hardware, finish. Materials and labor necessary.
Installation -
Cypress Designs will install the concealment door and perform all necessary adjustments for fit and finish.
This proposal is for a custom design/build concealment door w/built in billiards storage. Cypress Designs will complete the design and build based on the inspiration photos provided by the client and details specified in this proposal. Cypress Designs reserves the right to modify specifics of the design during the build process within the limitations of maintaining the overall design aesthetics and style.
A 50% deposit upfront is required to reserve a place in the Cypress Designs cue. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery and installation.
State Sales Tax will be added to the total of this proposal upon payment. Current Estimated build cue is September 2022.
