ustom Design/Build Mudroom Locker Cabinetry
Cypress Designs will build a custom L Shaped Mudroom Locker Cabinetry Solution for the client Long Wall - Approximately 72” L x 78” H x 20” D
Short Wall – Approximately 42” L x 78” H x 20” D
Lower cabinetry will be open front with vertical dividers as requested
Bench Seats will be Red Oak finished to compliment existing millwork
Bench Seats will be 8/4 Solid Hardwood and will feature a 2” reveal/overhand on sides and front Vertical Open Locker Dividers will be 12” deep with solid end panels (see design renderings) Right side of long wall locker will feature a full height single door cabinet for table shortage Above the lockers will be open front cabinets with vertical dividers for storage
All cabinetry will be paint grade –
(Iron Ore, Tricorn Black or other color specified by client prior to build)
Cypress Designs will provide turn key installation of custom mudroom cabinetry
Prior to installation client will remove any existing furniture and/or décor as well as demo of the
existing inset ironing board cabinet.
All door pull hardware, mounting hooks and wall touchup paint will be provided by the client.
A non-refundable payment for the cabinetry is due upfront to reserve a place in the Cypress production cue. Final payment for turn key installation is due immediately upon completion of the installation.
Payment stands as a contractual agreement between client and Cypress Designs.
Cypress Designs reserves the right to modify the actual build from proposed conceptual designs within the limitations of the design aesthetic.
State Sales Tax will be added to the total of this proposal upon payment.
Current Estimated build cue is 8-12 weeks from the date payment clears.
