Custom Mudroom Lockers
Custom Mudroom Locker #1 -
Cypress Designs will build a Custom Mudroom Locker that features a lower cabinet with 3
individual lower locker drawers, a full length White Oak Bench Seat, 3 divided lockers and a full
length upper cabinet with open front divided into 3 sections.
Mudroom Locker will be approximately 54” long, 96” tall and 24” deep at the lower drawers, 15” deep at the upper cubbies and 10” deep at the locker dividers.
Lower Cabinet will feature 3 full overlay shaker style drawer fronts, 10” deep drawers, Blum full
extension undermount drawer slides.
White Oak Bench Seat will have a 1” overlay on the front, 1” overlay on the right and flush on the
left side to fit tight on the wall. (18” bench height)
White Oak will be finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil+2C Mist 5% hard wax/oil finish to provide a
natural White Oak look and years of durability. (Painted seat can be substituted for $200 less)
Cypress Designs will build the cabinet carcasses and drawer fronts from cabinet grade White Oak
and finish with Rubio Monocoat Oil+2C Mist 5% for a natural look.
Paint grade cabinetry can be substituted for $315 less (client supplied color)
Cypress Designs will provide delivery to the clients home and turn key install.
All drawer slides will be Blum full extension softclose.
Pricing Includes all design, materials, labor, specified drawer and door hardware, consumables
and delivery to the client’s home in White Bear Lake, MN.

Cypress Designs will be a matching locker to Locker #1 in material and design specs with the only change
being the total length of the locker will be 40” long. All other specs as listed above.
Pricing Includes all design, materials, labor, specified drawer and door hardware, consumables
and delivery to the client’s home.
Paint grade cabinetry can be substituted for $260 less (client supplied color)
This proposal is for specified custom design/build Mudroom Locker.
A 50% payment due will include all materials, labor, specified door/drawer hardware, finish and delivery.
Client will be responsible for all installation, door and drawer pulls/knobs and touch up paint.
Cypress Designs will build all furniture and cabinetry based on the inspiration photos and approved by the client. Cypress Designs reserves the right to modify specifics of the design during the build process within the limitations of maintaining the overall design aesthetics, style and the dimensions of the clients home.
All prices include delivery to the client’s home.
This initial deposit of 50% of this proposal reserves a place in the Cypress Designs Build Cue. This deposit stands as a contract between the client and Cypress Designs for agreed upon services and products.
A final payment is due prior to the build for all custom projects. Cypress Designs will give the client no less than 14 days notice for final payment due date. If client does not pay the final payment within the 14 day period, client may forfeit their place in the Cypress Designs build cue.
Final payment will include any additional change order fees and all taxes.
