Custom Design/Build Fireplace Built In Cabinetry
10.66 Linear Feet of custom cabinetry based on the inspiration photos provided by the client
Lower Cabinets will be 64 1/8”” (wide) and 64 1/4” wide respctively x 15 7/8” (deep) x 36” (tall)
Lower Cabinet will be paint grade, finished with Sherwin Williams Iron Ore Gallery Series 20 Sheen Enamel
Upper Cabinetry will feature the same width and depth as it’s respective lower counterpart with a 72 ¼” height for a total height of 108 ¼”.
Upper Cabinetry will feature 3 fixed shelves, and an arched facia/trim pieces as shown in the inspiration photo provided by the client.
Full run adjustable shelf pins will be integrated for an adjustable shelf in each lower cabinet
Doors will be shaker style full overlay doors with euro soft close hinges
Client will provide door pulls/knobs Client will provide and install the upper crown/trim
includes turn key installation
A 50% non-refundable deposit upfront is required to reserve a place in the Cypress Designs cue.
50% Final Payment is due 7 days prior to custom build start date (to be determined and communicated by Cypress Designs.
If the client chooses for Cypress Designs to provide a turn key installation, installation labor cost is due immediately upon completion of the installation.
Payment of the deposit is a contractual agreement between client and Cypress Designs.
Cypress Designs reserves the right to modify the actual build and installation from proposed conceptual designs withing the limitations of the design aesthetic.
State Sales Tax will be added to the total of this proposal upon payment.
